01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the aceph1 website at aceph1.net, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the aceph1 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the aceph1 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of aceph1, including players who access the platform via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any mobile application associated with aceph1. Your continued use of the platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

aceph1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via an on-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of aceph1 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations governing online gaming platforms.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of aceph1, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from aceph1 or have an account that was closed for violations of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of the Philippines.

aceph1 does not offer services to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is the sole responsibility of the player to verify whether accessing aceph1 from their location is lawful before registering or playing.

03 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of aceph1, including placing bets and processing withdrawals, you must register for a personal account. Registration is subject to the following conditions:

3.1 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, Philippine mobile number, and any other information required for KYC verification. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered aceph1 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — regardless of the reason, including to claim bonuses multiple times or to circumvent account restrictions — is strictly prohibited. aceph1 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited without further notice.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

aceph1 is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or PhilSys National ID)
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or Maya account matching the registered name)

aceph1 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict account activity pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your aceph1 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your aceph1 account not shared with any other service.
• Not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your aceph1 account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify aceph1 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

aceph1 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials, unless such unauthorized access is directly attributable to a breach on aceph1's own systems.

05 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aceph1 accepts deposits via the following Philippine-local payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and InstaPay-connected bank accounts. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Finality

All deposits made to aceph1 are final once credited to your account. aceph1 does not issue refunds on deposits that have been successfully processed and credited. If a deposit has been deducted from your payment method but has not appeared in your aceph1 balance, you must contact aceph1 support within 24 hours with your transaction reference number for investigation.

5.3 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts may apply depending on the payment method selected. Current minimum deposit thresholds are displayed on the aceph1 cashier page at the time of deposit. aceph1 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit amounts at any time.

5.4 Deposit Currency

All transactions on aceph1 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted to PHP at the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction. aceph1 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

aceph1 is committed to compliance with Philippine AML regulations. aceph1 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit. Deposits suspected of originating from unlawful activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities, and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.

06 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal of funds from your aceph1 account is subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds; and (c) aceph1's internal fraud and AML review process.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

aceph1 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days from the date of approval, subject to the player's chosen payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or if additional verification is required.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the aceph1 cashier page. aceph1 reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits at its discretion, particularly for large withdrawal amounts that trigger additional AML review requirements.

6.4 Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in relation to a legitimate aceph1 deposit constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In the event of a chargeback, aceph1 reserves the right to immediately suspend your account, freeze your balance, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal channels.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

aceph1 offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and special offers to registered players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period, after which unused bonus funds will expire automatically.

7.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each promotion is available to eligible players as specified in the offer terms. Unless otherwise stated, a player may claim each promotion once. Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other value except as provided by the specific offer terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

aceph1 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; exploiting technical errors or loopholes in game mechanics to meet wagering requirements; and placing low-risk, hedge bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk. If bonus abuse is detected, aceph1 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account without prior notice.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

aceph1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by players.

08 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the aceph1 platform — including slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting, e-sabong, bingo, and specialty games — are operated in accordance with the rules published for each respective game type. By participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.

8.1 Random Number Generation

All electronic random games (slots, virtual table games, digital bingo) on aceph1 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are random, and previous results have no bearing on future outcomes.

8.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer casino games on aceph1 are streamed in real time from certified studio facilities. Game results are determined by physical outcomes (cards dealt, roulette wheel spin) and are not subject to algorithmic manipulation by aceph1 or its game providers.

8.3 Technical Malfunctions

Technical malfunction voids all pays and plays.

8.4 Sports Betting

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on aceph1 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Accessing aceph1 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating multiple aceph1 accounts or accessing another player's account without authorization.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other game where collusion affects outcomes.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain credits, bonuses, or any other advantage not intended by aceph1.
• Using aceph1 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity designed to manipulate sporting or gaming outcomes.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing aceph1 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property

All content on aceph1 — including but not limited to the platform design, software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, and multimedia content — is the intellectual property of aceph1 or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the aceph1 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any aceph1 content without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the aceph1 software.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror the aceph1 website or platform on any other website or application.
• Use aceph1 trademarks, logos, or branding in any context without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of aceph1 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, aceph1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, network failure, or system interruption not caused by wilful misconduct on aceph1's part.
• Financial losses arising from decisions made based on information provided on the platform.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond aceph1's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit aceph1's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

In any event, aceph1's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

aceph1 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By using aceph1, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

aceph1 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and licensed third-party service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers) as required by law or necessary for the provision of services.

14 Amendments to These Terms

aceph1 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file, or through a prominent notice on the aceph1 platform, no fewer than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory directive, in which case they take effect immediately.

Your continued use of aceph1 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of your remaining balance in accordance with Section 6.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and aceph1, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate dispute resolution process as provided under applicable Philippine law and the rules of the relevant gaming regulatory authority.

Nothing in this clause prevents aceph1 from seeking immediate injunctive relief from a competent Philippine court where necessary to protect its legitimate interests or intellectual property rights.
